The Issuer hereby informs the market that the Chairperson of the Board of Directors
of the Issuer, Ms. Linda Mabaso, resigned from the Board of Directors with
immediate effect as of 03 May 2018.
Furthermore, Mr. Vusi Nkonyane and Ms. Yasmin Forbes, who both served as non-
executive directors, resigned from the Board of Directors with immediate effect as of
03 May 2018.
