Change to the Board and Appointment of New Audit Partner
CPV No 1 Power Plant Bond SPV (RF) Ltd (CPV1 Bond SPV) wishes to
advise noteholders that Ziska McGilton has been appointed to the board
of CPV1 Bond SPV with effect from 2 May 2018.
Additionally, CPV1 Bond SPV wishes to advise noteholders that it has
rotated its audit partner in line with good audit practices.
Consequently, with effect from 4 May 2018 :
Viresh Harri of PricewaterhouseCoopers Inc (PWC) has stepped down as
audit partner for CPV1 Bond SPV while Duncan Adriaans of PWC has been
appointed as the new audit partner for CPV1 Bond SPV.
