TRADING STATEMENT FOR THE YEAR ENDED 28 FEBRUARY 2018
In terms of the Listing Requirements of the Botswana Stock Exchange, the Board of Directors
of Wilderness Holdings Limited (“the Company”) hereby announces that the Company’s
results for the year ended 28 February 2018 are likely to be materially higher than those
achieved in the corresponding period in the prior year.
Shareholders are accordingly advised to exercise caution when dealing in the Company’s
securities until the results for the year ended 28 February 2018 are announced, which is
expected to be at the end of May.
The Company’s primary listing is on the BSE and its secondary listing is on the Johannesburg
Stock Exchange.
