CHANGE TO BOARD OF DIRECTORS
In compliance with the JSE Limited Listings Requirements,
shareholders are advised that Mr Nigel Payne will step down from
the Board as a non-executive director with effect from 3 August
2018, following his appointment as Chairman of Strate (Pty)
Limited today.
Mr Payne has served as a valued member of the JSE Board since
2005 and has chaired various Board Committees, including the
Group Audit and Group Risk Management Committees during his
tenure.
The Board is grateful for the extensive contribution made by
Mr Payne to the strategic direction and business of the JSE and
for his wise counsel to the Board.
