CHANGE TO THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS - APPOINTMENT OF ALTERNATE DIRECTOR
In compliance with paragraph 3.59 of the Listings Requirements
of JSE Limited, the board of directors of Torre ("the Board")
hereby notifies its shareholders of the appointment of
Mr James Bishop as an alternate director to non-executive
director, Mr Peter van Zyl, with effect from 8 May 2018.
Mr Bishop is a CA(SA) and with experience across a number of
sectors, having worked extensively in South Africa, the United
Kingdom and the USA. Mr Bishop is also a member of the Board
of Directors of Stellar Capital Partners Limited.
The Board welcomes Mr Bishop and looks forward to his contribution.
