CHANGE TO THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS
Shareholders are advised that Ms Akua Koranteng, an independent non-executive director, has resigned from
the board of directors of Octodec (“the board”), with effect from 10 May 2018.
The board would like to thank Akua for her contribution to the company and wishes her well in her future
endeavours.
