APPOINTMENT OF CHAIRMAN
Shareholders are referred to the announcement released on
Tuesday 8 May 2018 notifying that Ms Noluthando Gosa and Ms
Mahlatse Kabi were appointed as Independent Non-Executive
Directors with effect from Monday 7 May 2018.
In accordance with paragraph 3.59(c) of the Listings
Requirements of the JSE Limited, the Board of Directors of
Verimark is pleased to announce that Ms Noluthando Gosa has
been appointed as Independent Non-Executive Chairman of the
Verimark Board with effect from Friday 18 May 2018.
The Board congratulates and welcomes Ms Gosa and look forward
to her valuable contribution.
