RESIGNATION OF INDEPENDENT NON-EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR
In compliance with paragraph 3.59 of the Listings Requirements of JSE Limited, the board of directors of
Putprop (“the Board”) hereby notifies its shareholders that Mr Paul Nucci has resigned as an Independent
Non-Executive Director of Putprop with immediate effect.
The Board wishes to thank Paul for his contribution to the Company and wishes him well in his future
endeavours.
Putprop will commence the process to appoint an Independent Non-Executive Director to the Board and the
Company’s Audit and Risk Committee, and shareholders will be advised once such an appointment has
been made.
