APPOINTMENT OF COMPANY SECRETARY
Further to the SENS announcement dated 2 March 2018, and in terms of paragraph 3.59 of
the Listings Requirements of the JSE Limited, shareholders are hereby advised that Mrs
Marisha Octavia Gibbons (“Marisha”) has, with immediate effect, been appointed as
Company Secretary of Quantum Foods.
Marisha holds an LLB degree from the University of the Western Cape and completed her
articles in 2016 in the corporate commercial department of ENS. She joins Quantum Foods
from Parmalat where she obtained further experience in the role of company secretary and
legal advisor.
The Board is satisfied that Marisha has the expertise and experience to fulfill her role as
Company Secretary.
