Pursuant to the open tender procurement process to appoint external
auditors and in compliance with the provision of paragraph 3.75 of the
Requirements and paragraph 7.35 of the Debt Requirements of the JSE
Limited, noteholders are advised that the IDC appointed
SizweNtsalubaGobodo Inc (“SNG”) and Ngubane & Company (“Ngubane”) as
joint auditors for the financial statements ended 31 March 2018.
This follows the decision at the AGM not to reappoint KPMG and SNG who
had previously audited the IDC.
