After serving seven years as an independent non-executive director, Chairman of the
Sustainability Committee and member of the Nominations, Remuneration, and the Risk and
Compliance committees, Stuart Rose has resigned from the Board with effect from
28 May 2018. His contribution to the Group has been significant and the Board expresses its
gratitude to Stuart and wishes him well in his future endeavours.
