AVAILABILITY OF REMUNERATION POLICY
Shareholders are referred to the Company’s notice of annual general meeting which stated that the
Remuneration Policy and Implementation Report were being revised by the Company and would be
made available on the Company’s website.
Shareholders are hereby advised that the Remuneration Policy is now available on the Company’s
website, www.brainworkscapital.com. As this is the Company’s initial Remuneration Policy there is
no supporting Implementation Report.
Going forward, the effect of the Remuneration Policy will be reported on annually by way of a
Remuneration Implementation Report.
