In reference to the SENS announcement dated 4 May 2018, DAWN shareholders are advised that the
Competition Commission has, on Friday, 25 May 2018, applied to the Constitutional Court for leave to appeal
against the decision of the Competition Appeal Court.
DAWN shareholders will be kept informed of developments in this regard as they arise.
