Trustco is pleased to announce to all its Shareholders (“Shareholders”) that the Company received its
annual Affirmative Action Compliance Certificate for Namibia for the period 1 March 2017 to 31 April 2018
(the “reporting period”).
This certificate was issued by the office of the Employment Equity Commissioner on 24 May 2018 for
Trustco’s Affirmative Action Report and Plan in terms of section 41 of the Affirmative Action (Employment)
Act, 1998 (“Act”) of Namibia. Trustco complied with all the requirements of the Act during the reporting
period.
