In terms of paragraph 3.59 of the JSE Limited Listings Requirements,
Imbalie Beauty advises shareholders that Mr Brent Kairuz has resigned
as Chief Executive Officer (“CEO”) of the Company with immediate
effect.
The Board and management would like to thank Mr Kairuz for his
contribution to the Imbalie Beauty business.
Esna Colyn will act as interim CEO of the Company.
