CHANGE TO THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE COMPANY
Shareholders are advised that Jeff Zidel, deputy chairman of the board of directors of Fortress ("the board"), has
announced his intention to retire from the board. As a result, Jeff will step down as deputy chairman and non-
executive director with effect from 29 May 2018.
The board thanks Jeff for his contribution to Fortress over the years and wishes him well in his future endeavours.
Fortress welcomes Jeff's offer of continued availability and support, allowing Fortress ongoing access to his
experience and expertise.
The board intends to appoint a new independent non-executive director, and an announcement in this respect will be
made in due course.
