Investec Bank Limited (“Investec”), as Issuer of the above Equity Structured Product (ESP), hereby reminds holders of
the option expiry which occurred on 25 May 2018 (see the related securities above).
The Put Strike Price of the Put exceeded the Final Reference Price on the Expiry Date, hence the Put Option expired
in the money. As a result thereof the Holder will sell the Holder Underlying Securities to the Issuer, and the equivalent
Put Strike Price of R19 542.87 per ESPIBN will automatically accrue to the Holder via instruction through STRATE on
31 May 2018.
Holders who have elected and requested the Issuer to utilize the abovementioned settlement amount to reinvest in a
quantity of new ESPs shall receive 1.635758934 SPIB26, to be listed on 11 June 2018, for every ESPIBN held. The
Holders positions in SPIB26 following the expiry of ESPIBN will be allocated on 14 June 2018.
