In accordance with paragraph 16.21(g) and Appendix 1 to Section 11 of the JSE Limited
Listings Requirements, notice is hereby given that the Company’s annual compliance
report, for the financial year ended 28 February 2018, has been submitted to the Broad-
Based Black Economic Empowerment Commission in terms of section 13G(2) of the Act
and is available on the Company’s website (www.cmh.co.za).
Shareholders are further advised that CMH’s operations are conducted through its
subsidiary, CMH Holdings Proprietary Limited, whose BEE certificate is also published on
the website.
