Sappi Southern Africa hereby notifies all its debt investors that Global Credit Ratings has affirmed the
national scale Issuer ratings assigned to Sappi Southern Africa at A+(ZA) and A1+(ZA) in the long
and short term respectively on 29 May 2018.
The outlook on the rating is accorded as “Positive” which is reflective of Sappi Southern Africa’s
strong cash generation and liquidity position.
