In accordance with Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rule 5.6.1 the Company announces the
following information.
As at the date of this announcement, the Company's issued share capital consisted of 1,201,798,866
ordinary shares of US$1.50 each with voting rights. The Company holds no ordinary shares in Treasury.
The total number of voting rights in the Company is therefore 1,201,798,866. This figure may be used
by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required
to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the Company under the FCA's Disclosure
Guidance and Transparency Rules.
