APPOINTMENT OF DIRECTOR
The Board of directors of TeleMasters is pleased to announce the appointment of Mr Fred
Steinberg (“Fred”) as an independent non-executive director of TeleMasters with effect from
1 June 2018.
Fred has been involved in the Information and Telecommunication Technology Industry for
33 years, initially as a software engineer and project manager and subsequently as the
founder of a number of successful IT firms, including: Communication Genetics, a South
African-based leading provider of Customer Communication Solutions and Isonet SA, an end-
to-end cloud based Customer Communication Management solution.
The board welcomes Fred to TeleMasters and looks forward to working with him.
