APPOINTMENTS TO THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS
The board of directors of the company wishes to advise shareholders that Mrs Jeff
Edwards and Ms. Kim Thipe have been appointed as independent non-executive
directors with effect from 1 July 2018.
In addition, Mrs Edwards will become a member of the Audit Committee of the
company with effect from that date, replacing Mr. Connie Molusi who was co-opted to
the Audit Committee pending the appointment of additional independent non-
executive directors.
