TRP121: NOTIFICATION OF CHANGE IN INTERESTS IN SECURITIES
In compliance with section 122(3)(b) of the Companies Act 71 of 2008 (“the Companies Act”), regulation
121(2)(b) of the Companies Act Regulations 2011 and paragraph 3.83(b) of the JSE Listings Requirements,
shareholders are advised that Dipula has received notification from the Dipula BEE Trust (the “Trust”)
that the Trust’s interest in Dipula B shares has decreased to 0% of Dipula B shares in issue.
Dipula has in addition received notification from Dipula BEE Trust Holdings Proprietary Limited (“Dipula
BEE Trust Co”) that Dipula BEE Trust Co’s interest in Dipula B shares has increased to 21.92% of Dipula B
shares in issue.
As required in terms of section 122(3)(a) of the Companies Act, Dipula has filed the notices with the
Takeover Regulation Panel.
