Shareholders are referred to the SENS announcements dated 2 May 2018, 30 October 2017 and 14 December
2017 in which the acquisition by Ansys of 100% of the issued share capital and outstanding shareholder claims
in Law Trusted Third Party Services (Pty) Ltd (“LAWtrust”) (“the Transaction”) was announced.
Shareholders are advised that the Transaction is unconditional in all respects.
