CHANGES TO CERTAIN OF THE BOARD COMMITTEES
Shareholders are advised of the following changes to the social and ethics and risk committees of the
company:
- Mr Marcel Golding has been appointed to the social and ethics committee of the company with effect
from 7 June 2018; and
- Mr Hugh Roberts has been elected as the chair of the risk committee of the company with effect from
7 June 2018.
