APPOINTMENT OF COMPANY SECRETARY
Further to the SENS announcement dated 17 October 2017, and in terms of paragraph 3.59 of the Listings
Requirements of the JSE Limited, shareholders are hereby advised that Mrs INT Makomba ("Ntokozo") has
been appointed as Company Secretary of Lewis with effect from 11 June 2018.
Ntokozo holds an LLB degree from the University of the Free State and an LL.M from the University of
Stellenbosch. She joins Lewis from Quantum Foods Holdings Limited where she worked as the Company
Secretary and head of legal for the past 4 years.
The Board would like to thank Mr. P.B. Croucher who has been the acting Company Secretary for his services.
