RENEWAL OF CAUTIONARY ANNOUNCEMENT
Shareholders are referred to the previous cautionary announcement released on SENS on
13 December 2017 and the subsequent renewals thereof on 30 January, 13 March and 30 April 2018
and are advised that the Company remains involved in discussions regarding the acquisition of a Viable
Asset, which, if successfully concluded, may have a material effect on the price at which the Company’s
securities trade.
Accordingly, shareholders are advised to continue exercising caution when dealing in the Company’s
securities until a further announcement is made.
