Shareholders are advised that Mr Willem Deon Nel has been appointed as the financial director of the
company, and accordingly to the board of directors of the company, with effect from 12 June 2018.
Willem (B.Rek, B Compt (Hons), CA (SA)) is a chartered accountant with a wealth of experience in media
and other investment sectors.
