CHANGE TO EXECUTIVE DIRECTORS' RESPONSIBILITIES
Pursuant to the merger of New Europe Property Investments plc and Rockcastle Global Real Estate Company
Limited in July 2017, Alex Morar and Spiro Noussis were appointed as joint Chief Executive Officers of
NEPI Rockcastle. The joint CEOs have worked together to successfully integrate the business of the NEPI
Rockcastle group.
The Board has now appointed Mr. Morar as sole Chief Executive Officer. Mr. Noussis remains an executive
director of the Company, and has been offered the position of Chief Investment Officer.
