Following Growthpoint’s announcement on SENS on 12 April 2018, Growthpoint, via its
wholly-owned subsidiary Growthpoint Properties International (Pty) Limited (“GPI”), has
subscribed for 95,541,401 shares in Globalworth Poland Real Estate N.V. (“GPRE”) at
€1.57 per share for a total of €150 million, following which Growthpoint, via GPI, now
holds a 21.6% shareholding in GPRE.
