CHANGES TO THE SOCIAL AND ETHICS COMMITTEE
In accordance with paragraph 3.59 of the Listings Requirements of the JSE Limited, Metair shareholders
are hereby advised of the following changes to the Company’s social and ethics committee
(“Committee”).
Messrs SG Pretorius and L Soanes, independent non-executive directors of the board of the Company,
have been appointed as members of the Committee, with immediate effect.
