ANNOUNCEMENT REGARDING A CHANGE IN AUDITORS
Sasfin is currently jointly audited by:
- Grant Thornton Johannesburg Partnership (“Grant Thornton”) with S Kock being
the designated partner; and
- KPMG Inc. (“KPMG”) with H Berrange being the designated partner.
Shareholders are advised that further to a tender process PricewaterhouseCoopers
Inc., with V Tshikhovhokhovho as the designated partner, have been appointed and
will replace KPMG and Grant Thornton and act as the group’s auditor with immediate
effect.
This change was initiated by Sasfin to ensure the ongoing independence of the
group’s auditors.
