UPDATE TO SHAREHOLDERS - ZCI DELISTING
Shareholders are referred to the Removal of Listing Announcement released by the JSE earlier today. The
JSE has taken the decision to remove ZCI’s listing from the commencement of business on Monday, 9 July
2018. The last day to trade (off-market) will be Tuesday, 3 July 2018 and the record date will be Friday, 6
July 2018.
ZCI is currently in the process of exploring alternative trading arrangements in light of the above
development. The company will update shareholders on any developments via SENS/Euronext until
Monday, 9 July 2018. After which date all shareholder communication will be made via the Company’s
website at www.zci.lu.
