CANCELLATION OF GENERAL MEETING TO CONSIDER A NEW SHARE OPTION PLAN
Shareholders are referred to the announcement released on SENS on Friday, 1 June 2018 in which
shareholders were advised that a circular was distributed, containing details of the adoption of a
Share Option Plan, and which included a notice that a general meeting of shareholders will be held
on Today, 22 June 2018 at 10:00, at the Company’s registered office, at Building 2, Walker Creek
Office Park, 90 Florence Ribeiro Avenue, Muckleneuk, Pretoria.
Following feedback received from shareholders, the board of directors has decided to further engage
with shareholders in order to obtain full support before requesting the adoption and implementation
of the Share Option Plan. Accordingly it has been decided to withdraw the notice of general meeting
in its entirety and thus cancel the general meeting.
