CHANGES TO THE BOARD
In compliance with paragraph 3.59 of the JSE Limited Listings
Requirements, shareholders are advised of the following changes
to the Torre Board:
Mr Johan Botes has resigned as Chief Executive Officer effective
31 July 2018 to pursue other interests. The Board would like to
express its gratitude and appreciation to Johan for his valuable
contributions to Torre and we wish him every success in the
future.
Mr Jon Hillary has accepted the position of Chief Executive
Officer effective 1 August 2018 and will accordingly relinquish
the position of Executive Deputy Chairman.
