Shareholders are advised that further to the announcement released on the Stock Exchange News
Service (“SENS”) of the JSE Limited on 13 June 2018, all the suspensive conditions as set out in that
announcement have now either been fulfilled or waived.
The transaction has accordingly become unconditional.
