In accordance with Section 122(3)(b) of the Companies Act, No 71 of 2008, as amended and
paragraph 3.83(b) of the JSE Limited Listings Requirements, Murray & Roberts shareholders
are advised that the Company has received formal notification that:
- The Public Investment Corporation SOC Ltd (“PIC”) has acquired an additional
beneficial interest in the ordinary shares of the Company, such that the interest held
by the PIC has increased from 19.96% to 20.041%.
