APPOINTMENT OF ACTING GROUP CHIEF FINANCIAL OFFICER ("CFO")
In compliance with the Listings Requirements of the JSE Limited, shareholders are referred to the
announcement on SENS dated 5 March 2018 regarding the resignation of the group CFO and are
hereby advised that the Novus Board has appointed Mr. Harry Todd as acting group CFO, with effect
from 2 July 2018, until such time as a permanent appointment is made.
Mr. Todd is a qualified Chartered Accountant, with 25 years of experience as a finance executive
across a diverse array of industries; spanning medium sized entrepreneurial concerns to
multinationals and listed companies. Shareholders will be advised once a permanent candidate has
been appointed to the group CFO position.
