Offering Circular (“the Offering Circular”) dated 29 March 2018, bondholders are herewith advised of the
amended partial capital reduction of the N6A19 notes.

The partial capital reduction is due to redemption of the listed debt securities of the Issuer and is in line
with the terms set out in the Offering Circular. The amendment is as a result of the amended investor
report made available on SENS on 19 June 2018.
