CHANGE TO THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS
Shareholders are advised that Mr Barry Stuhler, non-independent non-executive director of Resilient, has informed
the company of his retirement from the board of directors of Resilient (“the board”) with effect from
29 June 2018.
The board thanks Barry for his contribution to Resilient since inception and wishes him well in his future
endeavours.
