CHANGE TO THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS
In compliance with Section 3.59 of the Listing Requirements, notification is hereby given that
Ms Olive Chauke has been appointed as an Executive Director of the Company, designated
as Human Resources Director, with effect from 26 June 2018. Ms Chauke has held the
position of Head of Human Resources since January 2017.
This follows the Board’s decision in principle, for the Human Resources Director to have
strategic input and amongst other things, to represent employees as a stakeholder category
at Board level.
