CLOSING OF SETSO ACQUISITION
Shareholders are referred to the announcement released on 23 March 2018, wherein they were advised of the
conclusion of formal agreements relating to the acquisition by Dipula of a R1.25 billion property portfolio
from Setso Holdco Proprietary Limited and Rec Group Property Trust (the “Setso acquisition”).
Shareholders are advised that all outstanding conditions precedent have now been fulfilled and the Setso
acquisition was accordingly completed on Tuesday, 26 June 2018.
