SUSPENSION OF LISTING
The Johannesburg Stock Exchange ("JSE") wishes to advise that the above mentioned companies have
failed to comply with the JSE's Listings Requirements by not submitting their provisional financial
statements within the three-month period stipulated in the Listings Requirements. Accordingly, in terms of
the Listings Requirements the listings of these companies’ securities have been suspended with immediate
effect.
This announcement has been placed by the JSE in the interest of shareholders.
