INITIAL TRADING STATEMENT
In terms of the Listings Requirements of JSE Limited, companies are required to publish a trading statement
as soon as there is a reasonable degree of certainty that the results to be reported on will differ by more than
20% from that of the previous corresponding period.
Accordingly, a review by management of the financial results for the year ended 30 June 2018 has indicated
that both the earnings per share and headline earnings per share are expected to be positive, reflecting an
increase of at least 100% compared to the loss per share of 34.8 cents and the headline loss per share of
17.3 cents for the year ended 30 June 2017.
A further trading statement will be released once the Company has a greater degree of certainty with regards
to its financial results for the year ended 30 June 2018.
The financial information on which this trading statement is based has not been reviewed or reported on by
the Company’s auditors.
