Senior Unsecured Floating Rate Noteholders are advised that S&P has raised the national
scale rating of WHL from ‘zaA+’ to ‘zaAA’ after recalibrating its national scale mapping table
for South Africa.
The rating action does not reflect any change in S&P’s view of the fundamental credit
quality of WHL.
