CHANGES TO THE BOARD: CHIEF FINANCIAL OFFICER
In compliance with section 3.59 of the JSE Limited Listings Requirements, shareholders are advised
that Mr Irwin Lipworth has notified the Board of Directors (“the Board”) of his intention to resign as
Chief Financial Officer and a Director of enX Group Limited effective 31 August 2018.
The Board and management team would like to express their appreciation to Mr Lipworth for his
contribution to the Company during his tenure and wish him well in his future endeavours.
The Board is in a process of appointing a successor and details will be announced in due course.
