S&P UPGRADES NEDBANK LIMITED’S NATIONAL SCALE RATING
Note holders are advised that Nedbank Limited’s national scale rating was upgraded to ‘zaAA+’ from
‘zaAA’. This rating upgrade concludes the revision of Standard & Poor’s criteria on national scale
ratings and subsequent recalibration of their mapping table for South Africa. At the same time, the
under criteria observation (“UCO”) identifier on Nedbank Limited’s rating was removed.
