CHANGES TO THE BOARD
In accordance with paragraph 3.59 of the JSE Limited Listings Requirements, the board of
directors of the Company (“the Board”) wishes to advise that Alex Volkwyn (“Alex”) has
resigned as a non-executive director of the Company with effect from 4 July 2018. The Board
wishes to advise that Nathan-Lee Ramages (“Nathan”) has been appointed as a non-
executive director of the Company with effect from 4 July 2018.
Nathan is a Chartered Accountant (SA) with 3 years’ experience in the financial services
industry. He is currently employed by PSG Group, a shareholder in CSG.
The Board would like to thank Alex for his valuable contribution to the Company and wishes
him well in his future endeavours. The Board welcomes Nathan and looks forward to his
contribution to the Company.
