Extension of Chief Executive Officer (“CEO”) contract and appointment of
executive director and future CEO
Shareholders are advised that the board has confirmed that William
Thomson’s contract will be extended until 31 January 2019.
HAHL is also pleased to announce the appointment of Eric Vemer as
an executive director effective from 12 September 2018.
Mr Vemer, former CEO of Group Five, has significant experience
running a global construction business and has extensive end to
end knowledge of engineering, procurement and construction
processes within a project based environment.
Following an extensive on boarding process with the global
organisation Mr Vemer will commence a ‘handover’ with Mr Thomson
and become the CEO of HAHL towards the end of 2018.
