Shareholders are advised that CIS Company Secretaries Proprietary Limited has resigned as company secretary
to Arrowhead and Vicki Turner has been appointed as company secretary, with immediate effect.
Vicki who has a BA LLB from the University of the Witwatersrand and a LLM from the University of
Johannesburg, has extensive corporate legal experience and has been with Arrowhead for approximately five
years, having joined from Java Capital.
